| 1.In order to have smooth check-in, please provide correct information upon reservation. |
| 2.Group reservation for more than one room, requires different name for each unit. |
| 3.Your special requirements may not be acceptable,additional charge may apply for special requests. |
| 4.The regular check-in time is at 2:00 pm or after,and check-out time should be before 12:00 noon. There will be additional fee for early check-in or late checkout |
| 5. 20 US dollar
(166 RMB) for each additional bed. |
| 6.A 15% service fee will apply to all service. Rates are subject to change without further notice. |
| 7.Discount will apply on long-term leasing (6 months or longer). |
| 8.Reservation without deposit will be automatically cancelled at 6:00pm. |
